We try to ensure that your items arrive securely. All card game singles are packed in Ultra-Pro card sleeves backed with cardboard and then sent in a padded envelope, and all miniature orders are sent in an appropriate sized cardboard box padded with shredded paper or wrapped in brown paging paper.
Postage charges are worked out by the weight of the order and destination. We deliver worldwide but only offer a courier service for heavier orders to Germany, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Holland, Portugal, Denmark, Austria and Belgium.

Returns
To begin the returns and refund process, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. If you recieve the item in a damaged or incorrectly stated condition, we will be happy to replace the item for you. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. Any item returned must be returned in the same condition it was sent, with the appropriate protection it was sent with. PLEASE NOTE: If an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item can not be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
